Business Case

The first stage of the selection process consists of developing a qualitative analysis of a company listed on the Brazilian stock exchange.

The goal of this deliverable is to evaluate candidates based on their dedication to the case, as well as the level of clarity and coherence demonstrated in their analysis.

Group Dynamics

This stage consists of a group activity aimed at getting to know how candidates conduct themselves in team settings. Everyone will be brought together to solve a case that will be presented to all members of GNPoli.

Interview

Candidates approved in the group dynamics stage will be invited for interviews, expected to last between 40 and 60 minutes.

The goal is to learn more about each candidate's profile, though strong preparation is expected.

Is any prior knowledge required to apply?

No prior knowledge is required. One of the group's roles is to build from the ground up all the training necessary for our members to enter the job market with excellence.

How can I improve my performance in the recruitment process?

Attending all classes and lectures, paying close attention to the selection process guidelines, and researching facts about the group are essential for a strong performance.

Do I need to be a Poli student to become a member?

Students from any USP institute can apply to our recruitment process. However, we follow Poli's academic calendar when planning our semester.

Next Steps

After going through the recruitment process, trainees have the opportunity to study subjects such as accounting, financial mathematics, marketing strategies, and valuation, among others, while developing skills such as Microsoft Office proficiency, soft skills, and company analysis, all highly valued in the job market.

 

The GN trainee cycle is intense and provides a solid foundation for success within the group.
